Master of Human Capital Management
Master of Human Capital Management – MHCM
The program aims to create the executive management and the theoretical and technical knowledge of the various aspects (legal, management, psychology, ethics and technology) and are able to apply science and technology resources management/ human capital in the organization. Candidates are required to take 40 credit hours and earn a CGPA of not less than 3.00 to allow them to be awarded a Master of Human Capital Management (MHCM).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or any other field recognized by the Senate of Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
- Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and a credit in Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Melayu (For local students only)
- At least two year work experience
- Has a good command of English
